Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Tools

  Securely pack your T3 tool in its original box along with all included accessories and documentation to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
